Has anyone ever had a bad experience with FTD?

I ordered flowers a week before the 14th and they guarenteed they would be there by the 14th now the flowers won't be there until the 16th. The worst part is I can't talk to a person because their costomer servce line keeps hanging up on me due to high call volume. Don't ever use FTD.

Has anyone ever had a bad experience with FTD?
I've had the same problem. I ordered mine on the 12th and they never showed up, even though the "check status" on the website says they were delivered.


I can't get through their customer service line, and my email has not been answered.


I'm wondering if they had some sort of computer malfunction that affected their ordering system?


I am definitely boycotting FTD!

Reply:Yep, same problem. There were a bunch of DELIVERED 1800flowers boxes at my work. Guess who I'm using next time?
