What does this experiment suggest about the make up of orange colour?

At the start of the experiment, a line was drawn on a paper strip using orange-coloured liquid extracted from a flower. By the end of the experiment, the orange colour separated into a red and yellow colour.

What does this experiment suggest about the make up of orange colour?
The experiment suggests that our perception of the color orange can be triggered by mixing the colors red and yellow.
