Trying to think of something special to do for my mom for upcoming trip?

Leaving ina few weeks and I cannot come up with anything

*I was thinking something from Disney Florist, but she doesn't really like flowers and wouldn't really get to enjoy them since we will be gone a lot.

*We have all our meals included and there is more than enough food, so food isn't really something I want to do or a special dinner

*We have been to Cirque

*I was thinking of taking her to the Halloween party, we've been before and it was fun. She really wants to see the updated Haunted Mansion but does not want to wait forever in line (we were in Disneyland after Pirates opened and the line was several hours) but I don't know if the wait will be any better during the party

*I was thinking maybe a spa treatment, but don't know what to get for her... not really sure if she could relax, she doesn't get body massages because she doesn't feel comfortable.

Anyone have any suggestions that I could try?

Thanks so much!

Spend time at Downtown Disney and watch her while shopping, she will pick something up and admire it then set it down. Make and excuse to separate return to the shop and have is sent to her room or shipped to her home.

In regards to the Haunted Mansion, we were there for Thanksgiving last year and the crowds were great. During the parade and fireworks we rode Haunted Mansion three time in a row with out leaving our spook mobile.
Reply:As far as a spa day, there are plenty of things to do besides a full body massage. There's manicures, pedicures, reflexology foot massages...

Check out their web site and see what you think. As a mom, it's what I would rather have.
Reply:spa treatment is a great idea----also something I've wanted to do--have tea at the grand floridian---dress up in big hats---alice in wonderland is there with the mad hatter---they have mini pasteries and finger sandwiches~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Reply:Just recently i spent a day at the canyon ranch spa at the Gaylord palms hotel. It is very close to the park areas. It was really wonderful, check out their site for the details of all the spa things they offer. How about a nice mani-pedi? They are very professional, you can spend the entire day at the hotel if you want, and you must check out the atrium and have dinner. The spa was soooo relaxing! Theyve got a gym, sauna, eucolyptis steam room. i cant wait to go back!
