Trying to identify a plant & its flowers... growing in S CA USA - Any Ideas?

My guess is that it is in the lilly family.

With extra heat from S wall it's flower stems are 3'H.

Leaves are deep dark green %26amp; succulent, but very thin,

about 1/4" W / thick, but 2'T, %26amp; can be limp or stand up.

Its clumps look like bear grass, but its flowers are in a tall, 3'T max, branched spike, %26amp; bloom from bottom to top (ea bloom lasting 1 day), instead of a massive clump at the top of the stem all blooming tog (like bear grass %26amp; turkey beard).

Its open flowers are about 1" across. Its 6 petals, 3 a bit wider than the other 3, are evenly seperated by each other all the way around. The petals ea come to a point, %26amp; are white except for a med to dk brn line up their centers (from one tip to the other, a very fine %26amp; straight line), which shows from both front %26amp; back of the petals. Their pollen appears to be golden. Their seeds are 3 to a pod/flower. The pods are almost round, %26amp; each seed is the shape of a slice of apple. The seeds are dk brown, %26amp; about 1/8" long.

Thank You!
